Dr Mandy Arefpour

Dr. Mandy Arefpour completed her MBBS at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2000. Following graduation, she worked as a General Practitioner and developed a strong foundation in general practice. She later pursued a Master of Human Genetics and Reproductive Health at the University of Sydney, which further enhanced her expertise in women’s health and reproductive medicine.

Dr. Arefpour holds the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), awarded in 2010, and has worked extensively in general practice. She is passionate about women’s health, skin cancer management, and mental health. Her experience covers a broad range of general practice, and she is well-versed in treating patients across all age groups and health conditions. Dr. Arefpour also stays up to date with the latest developments in skin cancer screening and mental health management, making her a well-rounded GP with a holistic approach to patient care.

Dr. Arefpour has a strong research background, particularly in the areas of human genetics, reproductive health, and skin cancer. During her time at the University of Sydney, she contributed to research on genetic disorders and their impact on women’s reproductive health. She also remains involved in research related to skin cancer prevention and mental health, where she works on finding effective approaches for early detection and management.
