Dr Patrick Tai

Dr. Patrick Tai is a dedicated General Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. After graduating with honours from the University of New South Wales in 2009, he completed his specialist training in General Practice in 2014, achieving FRACGP status. Dr. Tai has a particular interest in sexual and reproductive health, men's and women's health, and mental health. He is accredited to provide GP Antenatal Shared Care with several major Sydney hospitals, including the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women, and Royal North Shore Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Tai is recognised by the AIDS Council of New South Wales (ACON) as an LGBTIQA+ friendly doctor and has completed his HIV S100 Prescriber training. He also serves as a Senior Medical Educator and examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), contributing to the education and assessment of future general practitioners.

Dr. Tai's research experience is primarily practice-based, focusing on quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits within his areas of specialization. He has contributed to the development of internal clinical guidelines for sexual health, reproductive medicine, and mental health care, enhancing patient outcomes within his practice.
