Dr Trent Sawyer

Dr. Trent Sawyer has over 12 years of experience in psychiatry since completing his MBBS from the University of Queensland in 2010. After completing his degree, Dr. Sawyer pursued further specialization in psychiatry and was awarded his FRANZCP (Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists) in 2017.

Dr. Sawyer has worked in various clinical settings, including public hospitals, private practice, and mental health institutions, where he has provided care for individuals with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. He has particular expertise in adult and adolescent psychiatry, offering both psychotherapy and medication management for his patients.

Currently based in Bathurst, Dr. Sawyer has built a reputation as a compassionate, patient-focused psychiatrist. His practice includes a combination of individual therapy, family therapy, and medication management, with a focus on early intervention and preventive care.
