After earning his medical degree in 1994 at Universidad Libre de Colombia in Cali, Dr. Perez completed his family practice residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where he was also chief resident. A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Perez has been honored with the Patients Choice Award and received Compassionate Doctor Recognition. Fluent in Spanish and English, he enjoys weight lifting, running and photography.
