Dr. Curtis Bergquist grew up in Beaverton, OR and then attended college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he studied music. During medical school at OHSU he did clerkships throughout the state including two rotations in Central Oregon. After completing medical school, he moved to Ann Arbor for his integrated cardiothoracic residency at the University of Michigan.
His surgical interests include complex mitral valve repair, coronary revascularization, catheter-based valve therapy and minimally invasive thoracic surgery.
