After completing his medical education at the University of Lesotho, he specialized in surgery, focusing on trauma care and emergency surgical procedures. He has worked at Maluti Adventist Hospital in Maputsoe for most of his career, where he plays a key role in the hospital's trauma care and surgical teams.
