Dr. Denis R. Katundu

Dr. Denis R. Katundu has 22 years of experience in Pediatric Surgery and ENT. He graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam in 1998 and went on to specialize in Pediatric Surgery in 2005, followed by a specialization in ENT in 2010. Over the years, Dr. Katundu has successfully treated pediatric patients in both the surgical and non-surgical aspects of their care. His surgical expertise includes pediatric hernia repairs, abdominal surgeries, and surgical treatments for ENT disorders, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and the management of chronic ear infections.

Dr. Katundu has also been involved in training young surgeons, contributing to the development of pediatric surgery and ENT care in Tanzania. His dedication to child health and surgical education has made him a respected figure in both pediatric and ENT fields.

Dr. Katundu has contributed to the field of Pediatric Surgery and ENT through his research on pediatric congenital conditions, pediatric hernia management, and surgical outcomes in pediatric ENT disorders.
