He has authored more than eight books and published over 100 national and international research papers across reputed law journals. His scholarly work has addressed critical and emerging issues such as Article 356 of the Indian Constitution, the Right to Die, Religious Conversion Laws, HIV/AIDS legislation, Strict Liability, and Mandatory Death Sentencing—many of which he engaged with long before they received legislative or judicial attention in India.
