Jessie moved to Bend from Colorado, where she was born and raised. She received both her bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in microbiology from Colorado State University. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of North Dakota. 

Jessie is passionate about illness prevention and empowering patients to be involved in their care through education and lifestyle management. She enjoys helping patients of all ages and has a particular interest in women's health and chronic disease management. 

Outside of the clinic, Jessie enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her family and dog, Spock. Her hobbies include baking, reading, traveling, skiing, and exercising.
