Dr. Lisa Motsoele

Dr. Lisa Motsoele has 16 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, specializing in maternal health. After completing her MBBS and MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Lesotho, Dr. Motsoele dedicated her career to ensuring the health and well-being of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. She works at Queen ‘Mamohato Memorial Hospital, where she handles a variety of obstetric cases, including both routine and high-risk pregnancies, as well as gynecological surgeries. Dr. Motsoele is known for her ability to manage complex pregnancies, conduct cesarean sections, and provide postnatal care, all while ensuring the safety and health of both the mother and the child. She is also a strong advocate for prenatal education and preventive care for women.

Dr. Motsoele has been actively involved in research focused on improving maternal health outcomes, particularly in the prevention and management of complications during pregnancy. Her research interests include the study of preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and maternal mortality.
