Dr. Ufuk Demirkilic is an esteemed cardiac surgeon with 35+ years of experience in the field of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Military Medical Faculty in 1985 and later specialized in cardiovascular surgery at the GATA Cardiovascular Surgery Department. He became a specialist in cardiovascular surgery in 1993.
Dr. Demirkilic has extensive expertise in a wide array of cardiac surgeries, with a particular interest in blood electrolyte tests, mitral valve procedures, and aorta aneurysm surgeries.
