Dr. Ozgur Cavdaroglu

Dr. Özgür Çavdaroğlu is a highly skilled Surgical Oncologist with over 18 years of experience in surgical oncology and general surgery. He completed his undergraduate studies in medicine from  University of Turku - Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and later pursued his specialization in surgical oncology at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine, completing his training in 2010.

Dr. Çavdaroğlu is widely recognized for his proficiency in open and laparoscopic oncological surgeries involving the small intestine, colon, rectum, liver, bile ducts, pancreas, and breasts. He is also a highly experienced liver and kidney transplant surgeon.

He gained invaluable experience during his tenure at the Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine, where he was actively involved in liver transplantation surgeries and hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) surgeries. Notably, he participated as the 1st assistant in 25 cadaver transplant surgeries, 20 donor operations, and 30 advanced HPB surgeries.

Dr. Çavdaroğlu is a member of several respected professional associations, including the Turkish Surgical Society, the Turkish Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Association, the Emergency Hand Surgery and Microsurgery Association, and the Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, enhancing his skills and staying at the forefront of medical advancements in his field.
