Dr. Tara McCall

Dr. Tara McCall is a vibrant and highly experienced General Practitioner with over 17 years of clinical experience. She trained at the University of New South Wales, graduating in 2008 with an MD. After hospital training in Illawarra and rural placements including Kempsey and Cambodia’s National Pediatric Hospital, she returned to general practice in Australia and earned her Fellowship of the RACGP in 2013. At Walker Street Doctors, she brings warmth, humor, and deep empathy to areas like pregnancy, women’s health, early childhood development, and preventive care. Her personal experience as a mother shines through in her clinical care, making her consultations relatable and compassionate.

Dr. McCall has contributed to clinical education and preventive health research. During her rural placements and international medical work, she participated in observational studies on antenatal care, early childhood development, and maternal wellbeing. Dr. Tara McCall graduated with a medical degree from UNSW in 2008, followed by rural and international training experiences that enriched her patient care perspective.
