Dr. Vienna Chan

Dr. Vienna Chan is an experienced General Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice. After graduating from the University of Western Sydney, Dr. Chan completed her hospital training in the South Western Local Health District. Over the years, she has worked in diverse settings across Sutherland Shire, Sydney CBD, and Eastern Sydney, providing care to patients from all walks of life.

Dr. Chan is deeply committed to the principles of patient-centered care, where she emphasizes open communication and shared decision-making. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns, understanding their personal health needs and empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.

Dr. Chan has been actively involved in clinical research focusing on preventative healthcare and women’s health. Although she has not authored any major research papers, Dr. Chan regularly integrates evidence-based practices into her clinical work. Her research interests include:

• Preventative health strategies for reducing the onset of chronic diseases

• Mental health and how general practitioners can support early interventions in primary care settings

• Women’s health research, including hormone therapy and menopausal care
