Dr. Lesley Bainbridge is a highly experienced psychologist with over 14 years in the field. She has worked in various settings including university, hospital, and medical practice environments, providing therapy for individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Dr. Bainbridge has a strong passion for working with clients on self-worth, relationship issues, and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is particularly skilled in working with individuals dealing with eating disorders and addiction. Using her training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies to improve their well-being. Her approach is collaborative, providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to express their concerns and work towards positive change. Dr. Bainbridge also serves as a senior lecturer at the University of Notre Dame, where she teaches and supervises medical students in the field of psychology.
