Specialization:
Mr Efstathios Drampalos is an internationally trained consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery. He provides expert care for a wide range of conditions including bunions, arthritis, deformities, trauma, tendon injuries, heel pain, and diabetic foot complications. He is known for his patient-focused approach and the use of advanced surgical techniques including minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
He graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Bologna, Italy, and completed his specialist orthopaedic training in Greece (CCT). He also holds an MSc and PhD in Orthopaedics, both awarded with Distinction. Mr Drampalos is a Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT) and has been listed on the GMC Specialist Register since 2013.
Mr Drampalos completed multiple fellowships in foot and ankle surgery and limb reconstruction at leading UK centres including Wrightington, Wythenshawe, and Stepping Hill.
