Mr Joseph Manjaly is a consultant otologist, hearing implant, and ENT surgeon, treating ear and hearing conditions in both adults and children. Based in London, he specialises in a wide range of ear issues and treatments, such as hearing loss, tinnitus, stapes surgery (stapedectomy/stapedotomy) for otosclerosis, cochlear implantation, bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA), bone conduction & middle ear implants, tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, and has a particular interest in single-sided deafness.
Mr Manjaly qualified in 2008 from the University of Bristol and, after ranking as one of the top trainees in the country, undertook his training on the North Thames ENT Higher Surgical Training Programme at esteemed institutions such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, Imperial College Hospital, and the Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital. In 2011, he became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, and later gained a fellowship in 2017. He completed a further training fellowship in otology and implant surgery at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, and upon completion, he was appointed as a consultant at Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospitals and University College London Hospitals.
