Mr Richard Hill is a skilled orthopaedic surgeon based in Chichester, Sussex. He specialises in treating shoulder problems, knee problems, and many other aspects of orthopaedic surgery, including knee arthoplasty and primary hip replacements. He is also well-versed in treating sports injuries and using modern treatments such as PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and shockwave therapy. He currently practises at the Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital, the BMI Goring Hall Hospital, as well as St Richard's Hospital.
A graduate of the University of Birmingham, Mr Hill qualified in trauma and orthopaedic surgery in 1992, before undergoing basic and higher specialist training in Edinburgh. He completed two fellowships: one specialising in trauma and shoulders in New Zealand; the other specialising in sports injuries of the knees and shoulders in Oswestry.
