Mr Ritesh Sharma is a leading consultant orthopaedic hand and wrist surgeon based in London and Surrey. With a reputation for delivering outstanding patient care, Mr Sharma specialises in the treatment of hand and wrist arthritis, hand and wrist problems and pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, dupuytren's disease and tennis elbow.
He treats both adults and children above the age of two years for hand and wrist injuries, broken bones and fractures. Mr Sharma graduated from the Imperial College School of Medicine, London in 2000. He then completed his trauma and orthopaedic specialist registrar training on the London Southwest Thames rotation. He further completed two prestigious hand surgery fellowships, the first at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and the second took place at the world-renowned Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore, India.
Mr Sharma has his NHS practice at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS trust where he is clinical lead of the Trauma and Orthopaedic department. He also practises at the Parkside Hospital, the BUPA Cromwell Hospital, the Ramsay Ashtead Hospital, Spire St Anthony's Hospital, the Harley Street Hospital, and Ramsay North Downs Hospital. Mr Sharma was awarded three gold patient care awards at Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals for his consistent delivery of excellent patient care.
