Priyanka Sahay

Dr. Priyanka Sahay has over 21 years of experience as a General Physician, specializing in internal medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare. She began her medical career as a junior resident at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi, where she gained hands-on experience in treating acute and chronic conditions. She then worked as a Senior Medical Officer at Orchid Medical Centre, Ranchi, where she focused on hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and women’s health. Currently, she runs her own private clinic in Ranchi, providing comprehensive primary healthcare services, diagnostic consultations, and lifestyle disease management.

Dr. Sahay has been involved in multiple community health research projects, focusing on hypertension, diabetes, and preventive care in underserved populations. She conducted a longitudinal study on the prevalence of hypertension among rural communities in Jharkhand, which was later published in the Indian Journal of Public Health. She has also contributed to clinical research on diabetes awareness and prevention, collaborating with leading healthcare organizations to enhance early detection and intervention strategies.
