With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Saxena has worked in top-tier hospitals, academic institutions, and critical care centers. She began her career as a Resident Doctor in Anesthesiology, managing complex surgical cases, trauma patients, and perioperative monitoring.

She then took on the role of Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh, where she was actively involved in teaching, clinical research, and developing anesthesia protocols for various surgical procedures.

Currently, Dr. Saxena is an Associate Professor at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Mohali, where she mentors future anesthesiologists, conducts research studies, and leads the anesthesia department in innovative patient care methodologies.

Dr. Saxena has been actively involved in clinical research, focusing on improving anesthesia techniques, optimizing patient safety, and enhancing postoperative pain management strategies.
