She began her career as a Resident Doctor in Anesthesiology, managing complex surgical cases, trauma patients, and perioperative monitoring. She then took on the role of Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh, where she was actively involved in teaching, clinical research, and developing anesthesia protocols for various surgical procedures. Currently, Dr. Saxena is an Associate Professor at Dr. B.R.
