Currently, he is a Senior Consultant in Critical Care Medicine at Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna.

He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Trichur, followed by a DNB from Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna, and a PDCC (Post-Doctoral Certificate Course) from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). His extensive training has equipped him with expertise in handling critically ill patients, ventilator management, and intensive care procedures.

Dr. Subhendu specializes in airway manipulation in emergency and ICU settings, percutaneous tracheostomy, central venous catheter (CVP) line insertion, arterial line & hemodialysis line insertion, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). His experience in handling high-risk patients, post-operative intensive care, and emergency trauma cases has made him one of the leading critical care specialists in the region.
