Dr. Sophia Larson is a board-certified cardiologist affiliated with St. Charles Health System in Bend and Redmond, Oregon. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 2015. Dr. Larson completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Health System and her fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Washington.

She specializes in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, with particular expertise in arrhythmias, bidirectional tachycardia, catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, and aortic valve replacement.
