Dr. Thankachan Varkey, a highly respected Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Therapist, with PhD in Clinical Psychology, M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, and an MA in Psychology, brings 35 years of overall experience in mental health research, psychological assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Varkey has contributed significantly to research in clinical psychology, psychotherapy techniques, and mental health interventions, with a focus on improving the understanding and treatment of mental health disorders.

His research interests include:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy Techniques: Dr. Varkey has conducted extensive research on the effectiveness of CBT and other therapeutic techniques in treating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. His studies have contributed to refining therapeutic practices and improving patient engagement and outcomes in psychotherapy.
