After completing his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, he pursued a Master of Surgery (MS) in Ophthalmology at PGIMER, Chandigarh, where he gained hands-on experience in advanced ophthalmic procedures and clinical research. During his tenure, he worked on cutting-edge surgical techniques and patient care methodologies, enhancing his expertise in the field.

Dr. Kulshrestha later joined Ojas Hospital in Panchkula as a Consultant Ophthalmologist, where he was instrumental in performing high-precision cataract and refractive surgeries.
