Dr Aditi Desai is a distinguished dental surgeon and expert in dental sleep medicine based in London, specialising in the management of sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), snoring, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), and sleep bruxism. She is the President of the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine (BSDSM) and the British Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (BADSM), reflecting her leadership in advancing dental sleep medicine in the UK.

Aditi served as President of the Odontology Section at Royal Society of Medicine, in Wimpole Street, London. Dr Desai graduated with distinction from the University of Wales in 1977 and later earned a Master of Science in Conservative Dentistry from University College London.

Her career spans over four decades, including 13 years as an in-house dentist for the BBC in Broadcasting House. She was granted Fellowship of College of General Dentistry for her distinguished service to Dentistry over the years.
