Experience

Dr David Chee is a senior General Practitioner with over 30 years of medical experience since completing his MBBS in 1992. After earning his Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1994, he joined Karalta General Practice intending to stay for six months — and never left. Over three decades later, he is now a partner in the practice and an integral part of the Erina healthcare community.

Dr Chee enjoys the full scope of general practice, from treating children to supporting elderly patients in aged care facilities. He has a strong interest in complex and chronic care, musculoskeletal conditions, and natural family planning. His long-term relationships with patients and their families reflect his belief in continuity of care and the value of trust in healthcare. He also regularly visits Tarragal House, a local nursing home, ensuring residents receive ongoing, attentive medical support.
