After completing her MBBS at the University of New South Wales in 1998 and obtaining a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2000, she pursued advanced training in Integrative Medicine through the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and Bio-Balance Health. Dr. Tendek's approach combines the best of Western medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to achieve optimal well-being and facilitate the body's own healing potential.
