He currently privately practises at the highly renowned The London Dermatology Centre, where he is the clinical director and founder at the clinic that specialises in skin cancer and hair and scalp disorders, to mention a few.
Dr Chopra, who is one of the UK's leading dermatologists, undertook both his undergraduate and postgraduate medical training at the University College London, and also trained for a year in chest medicine at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. Impressively, he then undertook a two-year full-time research project which focused specifically on the blood and nerve supply of skin.
Dr Chopra is, presently, responsible for running a skin cancer research group, which centres its research on potential treatments for the common cancer. He obtained a bachelor of science degree in immunology from the University College London in 1986, and then went on to successfully complete an MBBS four years later at the University of London.
