Dr. Isha Kalia has been actively involved in genetic counseling and oncology research for over a decade. She currently serves as a Genetic Counselor at the Division of Hematology and Oncology, George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, where she works closely with patients to assess genetic risks related to cancer and hereditary disorders.

Her experience spans multiple specialties, including prenatal, oncology, and cardiovascular genetics. She also holds a position as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Research and Leadership at George Washington University, contributing to the education and training of future healthcare professionals in the field of genetics and personalized medicine.

In addition to her clinical work, she actively collaborates with primary care providers, oncologists, and other medical specialists to integrate genetic risk assessment into routine healthcare.
