Dr Greta Peciulyte MD, FEBU (GMC 7539240) is a consultant urologist, aesthetic and regenerative andrologist, and the founder of L’Homme Inti – a discreet, boutique male wellness clinic based in Pall Mall and Harley Street, London.

Her specialist interests include functional and aesthetic penile procedures (including enlargement and Peyronie’s correction), erectile dysfunction, testosterone replacement therapy, and primary male fertility screening. She is a recognised authority in regenerative andrology, offering advanced modalities such as focused shockwave therapy, exosome-enhanced platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and multi-modal protocols that integrate urology, intimate aesthetics, and longevity medicine.

A pioneer in her field, among very few others, Dr Peciulyte introduced non-surgical penile enhancement using hyaluronic acid to the UK in 2017. She was shortly after featured as an emerging expert in a BBC Channel 4 documentary, The Sun, and Daily Mail. Internationally, she is well-regarded for her scientific lectures and thought leadership in aesthetic and regenerative andrology.

Dr Peciulyte completed a prestigious fellowship in Focal Prostate Treatments for Prostate Cancer at University College London Hospital (UCLH) and holds full FEBU certification. She has previously held clinical leadership roles, including Director of Harley Urology and Consultant Urologist at Moorgate Andrology. She is an active member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS), European Association of Urology (EAU), European Academy of Andrology (EAA), and a contributing member of the Playbook Business Circle and the Arab Entrepreneurs Board.
