Mr Andy Pay is a highly distinguished consultant plastic surgeon who specialises in skin cysts, lipoma, melanoma, moles, skin cancer and skin lesions. At the moment, he is practising at the Derma Reading clinic.

Mr Pay, who graduated from St George’s Hospital, London, in 1988, undertook specialist training in plastic surgery at Stoke Mandeville, Salisbury, Bristol, and Oxford and notably received further specialist training during fellowship periods at the Wellington Hospital, London, as well as in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong. He would then go on to obtain a FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994 and a further FRCS in plastic surgery from said college in 2000.

Impressively, Mr Pay has, to date, performed over 5,000 surgical excisions of various skin cancers. Not only that, but he has also performed over 850 sentinel node biopsies for melanoma and is one of only a handful of surgeons in the Thames Valley who are licenced to perform complex nodal dissections for metastatic disease.
