Mr Paul Erotocritou was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Whittington Health NHS Trust in March 2015, following his role as a locum Consultant at the same trust since October 2014. He earned his medical degree from the Royal Free NHS Trust and University College Medical School in 2004 and completed his specialist training across North London.
In his final year as a senior registrar, Mr Paul Erotocritou trained at the Stone and Endourology Unit at University College London Hospital—a leading tertiary referral center for kidney stones and complex upper urinary tract procedures. During this time, he completed a Master’s Degree in Urology, achieving distinction for his research dissertation.
He also received the Markowitz Prize, awarded to the most outstanding senior registrar at the Institute of Urology. He remains an invited member of the Stone Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at UCLH. Mr Erotocritou is experienced in all areas of adult general urology, with particular expertise in the management and treatment of kidney stone disease.
