Mr Paul Tulley is an exceptionally experienced and esteemed consultant plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon based in London, currently principally practicing on Harley Street. He is well-versed in all aspects of plastic surgery, specialising in a diverse array of procedures, such as facelifts, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty. He has a specialist medical interest in cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction as well as facial palsy and facial palsy surgery. 

A graduate of Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, Mr Tulley was later awarded his MD for his research with regards to the use of gene therapy to treat malignant melanoma. Ever keen to expand his expertise, he later undertook fellowships in microsurgical reconstruction in Taipei and Toronto, and underwent further training in the USA. Now, he is one of London's leading plastic surgeons, practising both privately and with the NHS.

He undertook fellowships in Taiwan, Taipei as well as Toronto, and also gained further cosmetic surgery experience in the USA and the UK.
