Mr Shafi Wardak is a leading consultant urological surgeon and andrologist who treats patients privately in Reading, Maidenhead and London. Mr Wardak’s specialties are in the areas of andrology, male infertility and erectile dysfunction, alongside Peyronie's disease, surgical sperm retrieval (micro-tese) and penile prosthesis. He practises privately at TFP Thames Valley Fertility, as well as at The Harley Street Clinic, The Princess Grace Hospital, and The Forbury Clinic.
Mr Wardak earned his bachelor of medical sciences in 2006 and his bachelor of medicine and surgery in 2009, both from University College London. In 2014, he successfully completed his master's in surgical technology at Imperial College London. His higher surgical training was undertaken in various esteemed London teaching hospitals before he was appointed as a fellow at University College London Hospital’s Institute of Andrology. During this time, he gained expert knowledge in male infertility management, penile prosthetic surgery, and genital reconstruction. In 2021, he was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where he is now the lead for clinical governance.
