On August 26th, we arrived at the emergency room specifically for the first time. I had high blood pressure and was 35.2 weeks pregnant. The care was prompt, as my baby and I were in danger due to severe preeclampsia. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses, both in the intensive care unit and on the floor. Thank you to everyone who cared for my baby while I was in intensive care. We are very satisfied and happy with the care. I had my first child, and I can say that the treatment I received with my baby, my family, and myself was much better than the private treatment I received. We are truly grateful for the care, the clean facilities, and everything of excellent quality. 🙏

Nice new hospital and, so far, with very good facilities. Excellent care from the nursing staff, nutrition and doctors. Please don't let them decline, like in many IMSS units, where the treatment is bad and both patients and family members are "scolded" or poorly treated. That both users, administration and staff keep the facilities in good condition and that they do not deteriorate. That there is sufficient budget for this. What is really needed is for there to be a cafeteria open 24 hours a day, like in other hospitals, since it is difficult for family members to get something to eat after dark.
